About Us

We are a Chartered Accountancy firm working extensively on Indian GST and Gulf VAT.

In our journey, we authored more than 15 free e-books on GST (such as GST and Constitution of India, GST Audit by Authorities, GST on Real Estate, Section-wise Commentary on GST Act and Rules, etc.). Our books on GST are published by Bharat Publications, New Delhi as well as NBC, Mumbai.

Our journey to disseminate knowledge on GST started in 2009 and since then we have addressed more than 350 trainings for trade bodies like CII, ASSOCHAM, NASSCOM, MCCIA, DCCIA as well as Government Authorities like NACIN, DGGST, CBIC, RBI etc. across India.

We trained more than 25,000 professionals and 7,000 Government officials. We have been consistently rated 9 (out of 10) by NACIN.

We have authored more than 30 articles insightful articles and our comments appeared in more than 100 news articles.in leading media houses like Taxindiaonline.com, Business Standard, Times of India, Asian Age, The Hindu, Economic Times, Deccan Herald etc.

Our articles/insights have created impact at the policy level as well including lowering of GST on travel to Haj.

We have taken Indian GST expertise to the world by writing exclusive e-books on UAE VAT, Bahrain VAT as well as Bhutan GST. Further, we wrote articles on Gulf VAT for leading international media houses like Khaleej Times, Gulf News, Times of Oman, Thomson Reuters (Zawya.com). We were also a Master trainer for ICAI Dubai Chapter as well as conducting more than 50 trainings on VAT across UAE, Oman, Bahrain and Kuwait.

On professional platform like LinkedIn, we have more than 27,000 subscribers and our posts garnered more than few lakh views and hundreds of comments. We were also featured by LinkedIn India as well as LinkedIn Asia for our insights on trends and technology.
